I talked with Tech support and they gave me some suggestions of why I cannot get connected with cam2cam. I did all that, test page, closing all apps, etc. but it still did not connect today. cam test is ok, and I get the ok, but the model never see the connect button on his end. Any ideas? It worked before several times, but last 4 times it did not. I have a snapshot of my screen today, but I cannot understand how to show it to you.
